The Traditional System

is one of the most basic solutions of Slab Shoring Formwork. Composed of Single Props and Timber beams. Mostly used for residential buildings and small projects.

Although it is a basic solution, we at TBSteel have took the liberty to improve the system by providing a large variety of Single Props, ranging from Light duty for regular load bearing to Heavy Duty for heavy load bearing. Moreover, each range has a large scale of ranging height in order to cover all our client’s requirement.

The H20 System

Is a medium range slab formwork, where it provides flexibility and a reasonable load bearing capacity.

The system is designed to incase ceiling slabs of any length, width and height. It is easily adjusted to any construction plan.

The main component of this system is the H20 timber beam, where based on its load bearing, the grid dimension is calculated. Therefore, when concreting thinner slabs, the distance between formwork elements can be increased after previous data calculation of load carrying capacity of each element in the system (Plywood, beams and supports).

The H20 System can be used with Heavy Duty Props, Double Props or even on Post Verticals. Each component provides different advantages to the entire solution.

The Steel Beam System

Is classified as a medium range solution of Slab Shoring Formwork, where its main component is the Steel Beam. It can be used with Single Heavy- duty Prop, Scaffold Double Prop or even Post.

It provides higher grid dimensions while securing a reasonable load bearing capacity.

The Steel Beam system was created as an alternative / upgraded solution for the H20 Wooden Beam. It has all its advantages without any of its disadvantages.

The primary beam is a lightweight Steel member placed on top of the vertical element and is free to be adjusted along the X axis.

The Drop Head System

is one of the most advanced, heavy-duty solution for the slab shoring formwork. The system is designed to maximize labor productivity and reduce formwork cycle time, through large grid sizes from 240×132 up to 240×170 cm and its drop heads for early retrieval and cycling of transversal beams, girders and plywood.

One of the best features of the system that it is composed of optimized and extremely strong, yet light components.

The principle behind the drop head formwork system lies in the fact that all it takes is a few days for the formwork to reach an appreciable fraction of its 28 days strength.

The Tower System

Is known for its extreme high load bearing capacity. This System is specially oriented for bridge construction and specific industrial applications.

It consists of Heavy-duty Shoring Frames, diagonals, Adjustable Stirrup Top and Adjustable Base, which are joined together to create a load bearing tower.

The Tower system has many advantages, below a some of its main characteristics:
– It is a multidirectional system
– Maximum allowable load 5T/leg
– Components: less then 15 Kg
