The Circular Column
The TBS Circular Column Formwork is used to create a perfect concrete surface.
The Column Panels are made of Cold Rolled steel Sheets with reinforcements and are painted with synthetic material to ensure easy cleaning.
The Circular Column Formwork consists of:
- Two identical half circles.
- Key Bolts to connect the two half circles which are rated for high tensile loads.
- Four welded-on connectors for the push-pull props.
- Two crane eyes welded on top of the form used for displacement.
The Adjustable Rectangular Column
The TBS Adjustable Rectangular Column Formwork is used to create either Square Shapes or Rectangular Shapes. It is based on the windmill sail principle.
It can be moved as 2 units by crane, including the push-pull and the hanging trestle.
One of the main characteristics of the TBS Adjustable Column Formwork is the small number of items needed in order to assemble it.
The Rectangular Column Formwork consists of:
- Four RC Panels
- RC Lifting Hook
- RC Hanging Trestle
- RC Tie Clamp
- Push Pull Prop
The Lightweight Column
The Light Weight Column Formwork is a versatile solution of any vertical component in the construction process.
