We are proposing three basic types of scaffolding for use in the construction industry.
The Coupler System, The Vertical Frame System and the Ring Lock System.
As for the Utility Frame System it is designed for internal use while the Stair Case System is used for site access.
The Coupler System
It is the traditional solution for scaffolding.
It consists of Scaffolding tubes used as vertical elements, which are
interconnected on the:
– Z Axis (vertically) by the use of Joint Couplers.
– X Axis (horizontally) by the use of Tube Connectors.
– Y Axis (width) by the use of Traverse.
The main advantage of the Coupler System is its flexibility, where there is no specific connecting point, thus can be adjusted to overcome any obstacle especially the variable slopped terrain.
Although it is an interchangeable system, it requires highly professional
workers with vast experience in this solution for proper installation.

The Vertical Frame System
It is designed from an extensive range of well-conceived components and accessories which makes our system a truly versatile solution. It is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the European Standards DIN EN 12811.
It serves to create higher-positioned working area for construction site activities on buildings as well as on industrial facilities. In addition, it ensures that working area can be safely accessed.
The system guarantees fast installation, since it is quick to assemble by two certified workers while retaining critical attributes of reliability and durability.
It is the most widely used solution, and it consists of Vertical Frames, Horizontal Components, Diagonal Components and Anchors.
In order to tolerate height difference on the ground, universal jacks are used, which also are a load bearing base for the scaffold.

The All Round Principle
The Result of superior engineering, up to eight connections can be made in the structurally ideal connector, on one level and at various angles. How the system is assembled is self-explanatory.
The Utility System
is best used indoor especially for the MEP, False ceiling and decorative contractors.
One of its main advantages is the stability at high altitude because of the use of Cross Bracing at both sides and on the bottom. No need to be anchored to any façade, all you need is the Outrigger Connector and you are good to go.
Due to its high width of 150 cm, the Utility System provide the outmost safe and ease of use platform for the skilled worker.
The Staircase System
Is a stable, sturdy and convenient solution for all construction sites. It is one of the most robust, heavy duty and long-lasting application.
Typically designed to withstand high loads while providing versatile access for work at maximum building heights. The TBSteel staircase provides a convenient, fast and effective method of evacuation from a building in the event of an emergency.
Due to the use of standard scaffolding connections, the staircase application provides fast and simple installation and dismantling process while guaranteeing structural accuracy and integrity.
